Do I need a local entity (PT PMA) to hire in Indonesia?

No. As your Employer of Record, MCH Global is the legal employer in Indonesia, so you can hire and pay talent without setting up a PT PMA or running local HR yourself.

What does it cost to hire through MCH Global?

Pricing has two parts: a one-time placement fee when you hire a candidate we source, and a flat monthly EOR fee per employee that covers payroll, statutory contributions, and compliance administration. We share a transparent quote before you commit.

What are BPJS and THR, and do you handle them?

BPJS is Indonesia's mandatory health (BPJS Kesehatan) and employment (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) social security. THR is a mandatory annual holiday bonus of roughly one month's salary. We administer both, along with income tax (PPh 21), as part of payroll.

How long does it take to make a first hire?

Most clients receive a vetted shortlist within 1–2 weeks of briefing us, and onboard their first hire within a few weeks of choosing a candidate.

What roles can you source?

Primarily software engineers, designers, and operations talent — from individual hires to full remote teams. If there's a role we can't fill well, we'll tell you.

How is this different from a global EOR platform?
